The endless forest walks through the Forest of Dean inspired this painting. Painted from sketches from a warm sunny days exploration of the local area. We walked for miles and didn’t see another human until we stumbled across this little farm which looked so welcoming.

I have chosen cool blues and greens to evoke the tranquility and peace of the woodland walk, which are complimented by the warm oranges and yellows of a warm welcome home.
