At Alison Stafford Art every artwork is crafted and handled with exceptional care, ensuring that each piece arrives in perfect condition and true to its creative intent.

We value your satisfaction and want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. While each piece is made and shipped with precision, we understand that you may occasionally wish to return an item.

To make this process fair and transparent, we offer a partial refund policy with a restocking fee. The following terms outline how returns are handled, what conditions must be met, and how refunds are processed.

Return Period: You may return the artwork within 14 days of receiving it.

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Conditions for Returns: The artwork must be in its original condition.

Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Method: Once we have received the artwork in its original condition, we will refund the purchase price, minus the 20% restocking fee and the original shipping cost, to your original payment method.
