Inspired by a trip to the Wye Valley where I walked along the River path for miles with only the birdsong for company. I took a path through a gate that led across a field and then to a farm nestled amongst a hillside forest of the most beautiful trees.
I wanted to paint it using a palette that evoked a sense of warmth and cosiness so autumnal hues of rusty reds, earthy browns, cool blues, and warm yellows. The original is sold but I have made prints available to purchase as I believe it makes the perfect addition to any home decor.
